Silver Dolphins for midshipmen

The thought of awarding Silver Dolphins to MIDN for summer cruise is appalling! The Submarine force functions as a well knit TEAM of enlisted and officer personnel contributing their unique skills to the whole. Without our dedicated core of enlisted dolphin wearers, we "gold dolphin" types would be lost at sea.
